Over the years we have focused on empowering women, guiding and developing young leaders, strengthening families, advocating for and educating the disadvantaged, and supporting our community. We have had the privilege of providing private and public services to Pitt County residents, as well as partnering with local like minded organizations.
The programs and services that we are currently focused on are:



H.O.P.E.



(Helping Others through Purpose & Empowerment)



A Triumph L.I.V.E. service created to ignite a spark of hope in the lives of individuals who are dealing with the pressures of personal life, work, finances, and other stresses. Through encouragement and assistance, we help individuals/families correctly assess their current status and create a progress plan for their future in a realistic and attainable way.


Through our community care efforts we assist people who are experiencing hardships by providing supplies while teaching life applicable skills to help them overcome obstacles and achieve a better quality of life. Some of the ways we have been able to help are by donating school supplies throughout the year, hosting a breast cancer warriors appreciation breakfast, providing personal care needs, household items, and providing natural disaster preparedness supplies, etc. for marginalized communities.

3 Part Me



3 Part Me is an entity within our organization specifically designed to empower, encourage, uplift and inspire women to become whole in the three components that make up their lives: Spirit, Soul and Body. Whether participating in our RRR support group, investing in a weekend of empowerment, mentoring girls, listening to an inspiring interview, or working on a joint community project we endeavor to build a community where women feel seen, valued, and supported.

Women's Support Group

Insights for Life



Is our life skills training program. The purpose of the program is to strengthen individuals by giving instruction, information, and tools that can enhance their lives or assist in overcoming life’s difficulties and obstacles as they endeavor towards a life of victory and empowerment. The training consists of relevant topics, and activities. There is also a customized edition for individuals recovering from addiction.



SUCCESS



Success is a program geared towards youth ages 13-18. This program was created as a tool to perpetually impact the lives of youth by constructively providing positive influence for each individual through leadership training, personal development, character building, academic support, financial and entrepreneurial literacy, and community service, etc.



Leverage



Is our financial literacy program. It focuses on the enlightenment of the proper perspective, knowledge, and use of tools to promote financial wellness. It covers a wide range of topics from money values, spending and savings plans, credit, building your financial future, protecting your assets, and more.



Ready Set Go



Is our workforce readiness program. We empower those in pursuit of employment by helping them to maintain focus and remain optimistic while teaching employability skills and assisting with key components. We reassure each client that their goal is obtainable and worth the effort. So, when they become short of breath mentally, we help them take a moment to refresh, and gain momentum to obtain their goal. The theme throughout is knowing yourself and how it relates to work goals, modeling the workplace, and financial security. It includes identifying skills, filling out applications, help with résumés, cover letters, interviewing, planning, resolving conflict in the workplace, diversity in the workplace, foundations for financial success, and much more.



Thrive



Is our health literacy program. It is our intent through Thrive to teach participants the ability to acquire, understand, and use healthcare knowledge to become a proactive partner with their health care team. It is our desire that through obtaining adequate health literacy participants will apply what they have learned for the betterment of theirs and their family's health with changes that last a lifetime, leaving a legacy of healthy living.



​Projecting Forward


Empowerment is our mission and in the coming years we will increase our services and programs to include a resource center, afterschool and summer camp programs, more mentorship and leadership programs, wellness retreats and workshops, expand our nonprofit support services, as well as community collaboration projects.
